La Ojinegra

In the small village of Alloza you will find La Ojinegra, a very special restaurant that is committed to ecology, kilometre 0, respect for the environment and the recovery of the autochthonous.

With this unique experience you will have the opportunity to enjoy a gastronomic experience with a rural flavour that is sure not to leave you indifferent.

The experience includes:

• Full gastronomic experience on Saturday midday or Sunday.

If you want to discover the region, you can also spend the night at the Ojinegra, in one of its quiet rooms, or you can dine in the Ojinegra's restaurant. On Friday night there is an informal dinner. Please enquire on arrival.

The experience takes place in Alloza, a village of less than 600 inhabitants located in the unknown region of Andorra-Sierra de Arcos, in Teruel.

Discovering Alloza

The building that houses the Ojinegra is located in the historic centre.

Leaving La Ojinegra, less than 20 metres away is the Church of the Purísima Concepción, with its baroque bell tower.

From the church, at the top of the village, you can see the shape of the village, almond trees, olive trees, cereal fields and also the Calvary; catalogued as one of the oldest in Aragon.

Take a walk around the village before entering the Ojinegra and say hello to Xavi and Belén, who will tell you secrets about their project.

On Saturday or Sunday you can enjoy the full gastronomic experience offered by the Ojinegra restaurant.

A space that is committed to working directly with small producers, guaranteeing local and seasonal food, with the guarantee of organic certification. We give priority to local varieties and breeds so that you can savour Teruel and Aragon, avoiding the carbon footprint as much as possible, and favouring the circular economy.
