An experience in a small self-managed project in the Sierra de Guadarrama, based on the production of artisan, ecological and lovingly baked bread.

From the raw material we seek to make it unique and respectful of the land and the people, the production continues in a traditional way, as it has been passed down to us, but with the use of more efficient modern machinery.

The person who comes to make bread with us will discover how to make something with their own hands, how this act leaves a mark on the hands and the heart.
