In this itinerary the whole family will enjoy visiting the village school of Lodoselo (45 minutes from Ourense, Galicia), knowing and participating in its educational proposal and recovery of the cultural and social heritage of the rural community by the Centro de Desarrollo Rural O Viso. Then, a delicious meal will be waiting for you in Vilar de Santos, specifically in "A Arca da Noe". This experience includes lunch with organic and local products in the tavern and live music.

We begin our adventure in the CDR O Viso. We will get to know their proposal to accompany the people of the rural environment of A Limia, visiting the facilities and the life that exists in them.Their daily life, the value of everyday life, of the little things in which every activity has a community and environmental meaning: taking care of me, taking care of you and taking care of us.
What will we do?
→ Accompany and participate in the tasks of caring for the animals, such as going with the donkey "Terra" to the mountain or shepherding the small flock of sheep, among the many other tasks that we will carry out!
→ Explore the sensitive garden through play. This is a space around the Inclusion Centre for the delight of the spirit and the senses; an adventure to be aware and create consciousness.
ARCA DA NOE (RÚA DO FORNO, VILAR DE SANTOS, OURENSE)

Noemí is waiting for you at "A Arca da Noe" (11 minutes away by car) to make us continue travelling, but this time through taste with her exquisite local gastronomic proposals.You can choose between:
a) Allariz beef burger with bread from the traditional "Faragullas" oven, "O Rexo" cheese and "Carabuñas" elderberry jam + drink
b) "Sabor de Aldea" sausage board and "O Rexo" cheeses with "Carabuñas" elderberry jam and "Faragullas" bread + drink
c) Tostas de Shiitake ecológico de Trives with bread from the oven of "Faragullas" and cheese (optional) from "O Rexo" + drink
*Drinks can be: water, craft beer, organic juices, soft drinks or wine
This tavern is considered the epicentre of music and culture in the region of "A Limia", so to put the icing on the cake, you will enjoy a live concert.
Payment must be made at the time of the experience.
Booking cancellations are possible up to three days before the date of the experience. After these three days only 50% of the total cost of the booking will be refunded. Cancellation instructions are included in the confirmation email.
The nature of the route allows it to be done by all kinds of people, including those with reduced mobility, sight or hearing difficulties, etc.

For the moment we can only offer this experience route in Galician and Spanish.
- CDR O Viso: we are working to change the rural environment that can be visited into a rural environment that is habitable and inhabited. Among our areas of work we highlight: the village school, because a village is necessary to educate children; the hostel, in the search for a new rurality; space in nature, environmental education as immersion in reality; family education in the Limia and nest house; and agro-agriculture of diversity and landscape.
- A Arca da Noe: a space for meetings, conversations and surprises A concert hall mixed with a tavern with a dense programme of music, workshops, family activities and experiences that you will only find here. A place to lose yourself in the landscape, the flavours and discover new sounds and old sounds.
- Carabuñas: behind the project we are Eva and Nelson, "Los del saúco". Our project was born in 2012, when we started experimenting and developing recipes with elderberry flowers and berries. We decided to innovate and elderberry became the undisputed protagonist of our brand and part of our history.
- Sabor de Aldea: products and sausages from the Limia region, 100% organic and local.
- O Rexo: our cheese is born from our attachment to the land, from the desire to maintain the territory in the same conditions in which our grandfathers and grandmothers left it to us as an inheritance Our farm is located in the eco-space; the work resulting from the pictorial and sculptural intervention of the Basque artist Agustín Ibarrola in a natural space. We encourage you to visit our farm, located just 20km from Vilar de Santos.
- Faragullas. We are Carme and Fernando and we make bread and sweets, among other products, in our traditional oven, respecting the artisan process and using organic and local products. We also offer bread workshops for the little ones. We are in Vilar de Santos.
