Just 30 minutes from Ourense, we offer you a family experience in Vilar de Santos, specifically in the place of Mosqueiro, part of the Biosphere Reserve Area of Allariz. The workshop takes place in the traditional Faragullas oven and is aimed at the little ones. They will make pizzas, which will later be tasted by the whole family, and a delicious bread roll that they will take home with them.

A gastro-creative experience for everyone
Carme and Fernando will welcome the little ones in their traditional oven. There they will be in charge of making the bread, learning and participating in the artisan process, and learning about the importance of using local and ecological flour. At 14.30, the adults will return to Faragullas to taste the delicious delicacies made by the children and learn about the process they carried out. Meanwhile, adults will have the opportunity to explore the village of Vilar de Santos and its surroundings: "Museo Etnográfico da Limia", "Areeiras da Limia", "Carballa da Rocha", or the villages of Allariz or Celanova. Or simply get to know the village and have a snack in A Arca da Noe, a tavern in Vilar de Santos.

addition to teaching the whole baking process and the ingredients needed to make bread, during this workshop:
→ We will play with different textures, smells and flavours
→ We will work on our imagination and our own creations through making bread.
→ We will promote collaboration and teamwork.
→ We will encourage healthy eating habits.
The workshop includes making and tasting pizzas with the families, and a "bola galega" of bread to take home.
Payment must be made at the time of the experience.
Booking cancellations are possible up to three days before the date of the experience. After these three days only 50% of the total cost of the booking will be refunded. Cancellation instructions are included in the confirmation email.
The nature of the experience allows it to be carried out by all kinds of people, including people with reduced mobility, visual impairment, hearing difficulties, etc.

At the moment we can only offer this workshop in Galician and Spanish.
The minimum number is 10 children and the maximum is 20. However, if you would like to carry out the workshop in a more individual or personalised way, please contact us and we will tailor the experience so that it can be carried out.
