El Alto Cidakos Cheese Workshop

An encounter with shepherd's handicraft and all its products.

Artisan pastoral products, respecting the natural cycles of the animals. The experience consists of a tasting of artisan cheeses on a terrace located in the olive grove above the cave where the cheeses mature. A unique place with incredible views over the village and the surrounding area.

• Experience available every Saturday of the year except winter months.

• Saturdays from 11am to 2pm. Area open to the public with views of the bakery and the maturing chamber. Open visit. Here you can see part of the maturation chamber and part of the workshop.
• For visits with explanation €10. Open visit without explanation free of charge when buying cheese.
