It is an initiative for the <\/span>close and conscious supply of food from <\/b>the vegetable gardens of <\/span>Villasur de Herreros <\/b>(Burgos).<\/span><\/p>\n

We establish a <\/span>direct relationship between production and consumption<\/b>, which facilitates an in-depth knowledge of both parties, as well as of the issues related to production and its impact on the territory.<\/span><\/p>\n

In the orchards we follow <\/span>organic farming methods<\/b>, with little mechanisation and without the use of polluting products.<\/span><\/p>\n

With <\/span>El Puchero <\/i><\/b>we aim to <\/span>reconnect people with the land through food <\/b>so that consumption has a <\/span>positive impact on the territory <\/b>and its inhabitants. In this way we manage to give life to land that is currently in disuse, to obtain healthy and local food and to provide livelihoods for people who live in rural areas.<\/span><\/p>\n
